Best Care - We will love on and care for your pet as if they were our own. Your pets are part of the family.
GPS Tracking - See your pets daily adventures with their pet sitter.
Electronic Journals - A detail of your pets adventure including arrival and departure times, GPS map, potty habits, photos and visit notes.
Communication - Direct communication to your sitter through your schedule and journal.
Pet Care Professionals - We employ trained staff—not contractors—because we value consistency, reliability, and professionalism.
Peace of Mind - We provide professional-quality pet care so you can truly relax and enjoy your time away.
Weekday Dog Walks
A mid day break during the work week (Monday through Friday) between 10am and 3pm for your dog. Keeping them in a routine, providing exercise and a potty break, reducing energy and anxiety so you can focus on your day.
To be able to provide you with the best quality of service we recommend you follow your pet's current routine to prevent anxiety or issues with your pet.
If you just need a potty break, A 15-30 minute visit is a great option.
If you have a high energy pup and would like to exercise out some energy we recommend a 30-60 minute visit.
Need a longer visit? Ask about our extended care, 2 hour visit and adventure walks.
For puppies and seniors, we recommend 2 visits per day. For puppies to help with potty training, energy, and extra feeding needs. For seniors for some extra love and to help alleviate senior potty issues.
Drop In Visits
Leaving home for an extended period can be stressful, especially when your pets depend on regular care, attention, and companionship. At our service, we strive to ease that worry by providing customized drop-in visits tailored to your pet’s specific needs, ensuring their wellbeing while you're away.
Some pets become anxious when their owners are away for extended periods. To alleviate their stress, we recommend additional visits, longer durations per visit, or both. The presence of a friendly caregiver during these visits helps keep anxiety at bay, providing a sense of stability and reassurance.
To best accommodate your pet's needs, we recommend visits spaced appropriately based on their routine, age and activity levels. For most pets, visits spaced no more than 4-6 hours apart during daylight hours offer optimal care. This schedule ensures your pets receive sufficient attention and regular feeding, playtimes, and check-ins.
Pet Sitting Visits
We offer a variety of Pet Sitting Services. When choosing the best service we find it's best to stick to the pets routine as best possible. This will allow us to provide you with the highest quality of services while reducing your pets anxiety while you are away.
For Pet Sitting we recommend 3-4 visits per day on full days (no more than 4-6 hours apart during daylight hours), keeping your pet as close to their normal routine as possible to alleviate stress.
Extended Care and Overnight care is available at 2 hour, 8 hour, 10 hour and 12 hours.
For Cat Sits and Small Animal Care visits. We recommend at least one visit per day to check that food and water has not been knocked over, pet has not trapped themselves in a closet or become stressed from too much alone time, causing illness or injury.
Each visit can be set to include feedings, medications, fresh water, play, belly rubs, cuddle, bring in mail, water flowers, etc.

Liter Box Maintenance, great for cat owners who may not require full pet care but need help keeping their cat's living environment clean and hygienic.
Yard Cleanup Services, save yourself time while keeping your yard clean, hygienic, and ready for use by both pets and family members.
House Sitting, a reliable solution to keep your home secure while you are away. We will monitor your property so you do not have to return home to potential problems or disruptions.
Garden Watering, Whether you have a small collection of houseplants or a sprawling outdoor garden, this service helps maintain the beauty and vitality of your plants, offering peace of mind during your travels.

Cancellation Policy
Visits canceled between 9 pm and 9 am prior to visiting will receive a 50% cancellation fee.
Visits canceled after 9 am the day of service visit receive a 100% cancellation fee.
Visits scheduled over Holiday periods including the Monday through Sunday before and after Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day require a 100% deposit at booking. All cancellations will receive a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations are non-refundable and will be applied as a credit to future service based on that service's cancellation policy.

October - Columbus Day/Indigenous People Day $8.00 per visit.
November - Veteran's Day $8.00 per visit. Thanksgiving Day** $14.00 per visit. and Day After Thanksgiving** $12.00 per visit.
December - Christmas Eve** $12.00 per visit. Christmas Day** $14.00 per visit. New Year's Eve** $14.00 per visit.
** Re-Occurring service are automatically cancelled on these holidays.
Leashes
YDSPS Requires that you use non- retractable leashes to prevent injury, lost pets as well as other hazards caused by the use of retractable leashes. Harnesses are required for dogs that can slip collar easily, are shy or timid.
Home Entry
YDS uses on-site keys only. On-site keys are lockboxes, garage codes, door codes or onside Leasing office or concierge desk pickup. We recommend having a back up key option or providing a backup key to the office.
