We aren’t just "walking dogs"—we are providing peace of mind to pet parents and genuine love to their fur babies. We are currently seeking exceptional Pet Care Specialists to join our growing team.

Location: We are hiring immediately for routes in:

Ashburn - Pet Sitters and backup mid day dog walker. 

Herndon - Pet Sitters and Part time mid day dog walker. 

McLean - Pet Sitters and Part time mid day dog walker. 

Reston - Pet Sitters and backup mid day dog walker. 

Sterling -  Pet Sitters and backup mid day dog walker. 

Vienna - Pet Sitters and Part time mid day dog walker.

The Positions: We are looking for dedicated staff for the following roles:

• Mid Day Dog Walker: Visits occur multiple times a day between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Visits last 15–60 minutes and include walking, feeding, playing, giving medications, and sending detailed electronic journals to owners. Must have consistent hours Monday through Friday available between 10am - 4pm.

• Pet Sitters: Visits occur multiple times a day between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Visits last 15–60 minutes and include walking, feeding, playing, giving medications, and sending detailed electronic journals to owners. Weekend availability is required.

• Overnight Pet Sitters: Includes the duties of a standard Pet Sitter, plus staying overnight at the client's home for 8–12 hours to provide comfort and security. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements:

• Passion: You must genuinely care about the health and well-being of animals.

• Reliability: You must be 18+ and able to commit to working with us for at least 6 months.

• Transport: You must have a dependable vehicle to move from job to job.

• Tech: You must own a working smartphone (Android or iPhone) for our scheduling app.

• Resilience: You must be willing to walk dogs in various weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.).
