The walkers are all amazing. You know how Fenway loves Chris and his daily walks, but you can see how happy Fenway is in the pictures Marly takes and she provides the most upbeat and detailed notes which is great when leaving your fur baby overnight alone.

It is such a great comfort to have Your Dog Smiles sitters looking after our very senior dog. Her vision and hearing problems made for some special problems that each of the sitters handled very well. They were all very patient and understanding with her.

I appreciated the humor and the details regarding our very shy cats who were non-existent except for Max who got caught in a picture.

They were both very attentive to my cats and very informative to me, letting me know how the place was overall as well as details about the two boys. And very responsive with questions I had.

I felt extremely comfortable leaving my Riley with Kevin S. Although Riley is shy around men, he bonded right away with Kevin and snuggled up to him on the couch at our meet and greet. Kevin is very professional, asked me the right questions, had Riley’s safety and best interests in mind, and has a true heart for pet care. I developed a level of trust with Kevin in my home- he was mature, respectful, and left no trace. We arrived back to a clean home. I would highly recommend Kevin S and Your Dog Smiles.

I appreciated visit details and pics of the kitties. I have also had Kevin and Morgan K. sit for me and throughly appreciated their feedback and pics too. Very happy with my experience! Steve rocks! One of my dogs is shy with men, but Steve won him over in a few days. He has been taking care of my boys for about 2 years now, and he is 100% reliable; I'm so grateful for him. If he ever has a question or concern he immediately calls or texts to make sure I'm aware. I love the notes that he leaves about their walks, and I know my boys love him. We have been with YourDogSmiles for over four years. They have been easy to schedule and work with. The staff have all been a pleasure. They have gone above and beyond in taking care of my picky pup, especially Ashley. Ashley has been excellent to Windsor, always giving him love and honey, his favorite treat. We are confident he is well cared for during his midday walks and it allows us flexibility in our professional careers.

Gwen was awesome. She was incredibly communicative on how my fur babies were doing at every visit, including sending us pictures. When she had a question, she immediately called us to double-check our instructions. Leo has medical issues, and she did great giving him his meds (he can be a handful!). Having YDS take care of the kitties while we were gone really allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our babies were well cared for. For service and value, YDS can't be beat. I am new to the area and have used your services on three occassions to care for my kitties while I have been out of town. I appreciate that Jessica has been available each time. She texts me to let me know how they are and leaves me notes each time she visits. Most recently, my work schedule changed on short notice and I had to be out of town the a day earlier than expected. I appreciate you and Jessica being flexible to care for my kitties.

Alexa and Kristina were awesome! Holly is typically very anxious and although she did not approach them willingly when they came, they worked with her and by their second visits, she was friendly and excited to see them. Kristina even sent us a picture of Holly getting a belly rub the second night we were away which eased our minds. Holly was in great hands and we now know we can go away with peace of mind that Holly will be well cared for!
