Thank you for allowing us to care for your pet(s) while you're away.
Your pet sit has been confirmed and you should be receiving a separate email with your confirmation.
As part of our confirmation we will be charging a deposit on the card you have on file. The charge will occur in 12-24 hours to hold your appointment. If you need to add a card or change your card please do so within this time frame or contact the office for assistance.
For non-holiday pet sits the deposit is 50% and for holiday pet sits the deposit is 100%. We will charge 50% now and the rest the week before the pet sit. Deposits are non-refundable.*
Any cancellation will, excluding deposit, will be credited to your account for future service. Please refer to our website, agreement and polices for more info on payments and deposits.
We also ask that you please go through your account and verify the info is correct and accurate, especially pet info including feeding times, amounts and medications.
Forward your travel details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can track flight times so your pets will not go without due to travel issues. We understand how important your pets are, if you are stuck on a plane and can not call us, this is the best way for us to know we need to add an extra visit.

* Due to the sitters committing to your time frame, they are unable to commit themselves to others. If we are able to rebook the sitter for your time frame, your deposit will be refunded. Thanks for your understanding.
